SMS/MMS Content Compliance

Ace Wireless adheres to all applicable guidelines and regulations set forth by The Campaign Registry (TCR) for SMS and MMS communications. To ensure compliance, we abide by the following policies:

  1. Consent and Opt-In: We require explicit consent from users before sending any SMS or MMS messages. This consent must be obtained via a clear opt-in process.
  2. Content Restrictions: Our SMS/MMS content must not contain:
    • Misleading or deceptive information.
    • Profanity or inappropriate language.
    • Illegal, harmful, or dangerous content.
    • Any material that violates intellectual property rights.
  3. Opt-Out Mechanism: We provide an easy and clear opt-out mechanism in every message, allowing users to stop receiving messages at any time.
  4. Message Frequency: We clearly communicate the expected frequency of messages to users at the time of opt-in and ensure that we do not exceed the stated frequency.
  5. Privacy Protection: We are committed to protecting the privacy of our users. We will not share, trade, or otherwise, sell your personal information such as phone numbers or SMS consent with third parties under any circumstances.
  6. Compliance with Laws: We adhere to all relevant laws and regulations governing SMS and MMS communications, including but not limited to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CAN-SPAM Act.

Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address, and website in cookies. Embedded content from other websites

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website. These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

Who do we share your data with?

If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.

How long do we retain your data?

All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights do you have over your data?

If you have an account on this site or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Where we send your data
